Ralph Holguin has a long history of blending the lines of street rods, lowriders, luxury and Pro-Touring style builds and developing his own unique custom rides. Such was the case with one of his more recent builds - a 1962 Lincoln Continental that garnered more than 3 million views on social media.

You might recall the name J.J. “DocZilla” Dubec from Issue 98, having gawked at his envious 2013 Liberty Walk Ferrari 458 (and of course his Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R) and now the doctor/automotive connoisseur is back with a killer Jeep Wrangler JK.

Jake Mitchell Mitchell, of Jake’s Custom Diesel, was the mastermind behind a 6-door Ford F-450 conversion called Poseidon’s Wrath, which was also one of our previous cover features. And now, he’s outdone himself with his latest creation dubbed “Iron Max.” As the name suggests, this build started out as a Duramax-powered 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually and was transformed into a custom 6-door show stopper that the Oklahoma-based shop is renown for.

That’s exactly the same feeling some adults get when they go mud bogging – an off-road motorsport that doesn’t get the attention it deserves. For those not familiar with mud bogging, mudding or mud running, it’s when you drive your rig through a pit of mud or a track filled with mud, with winners being determined by how far they can get through the mud or whoever completes the run in the shortest amount of time. And it doesn’t even have to be a competition...

PRIM8TE Jeep JK8

Written by
JK8s are increasingly popular builds in the off-road customization scene. Not only do they provide the ruggedness of a Jeep, but they also offer the look and convenience of a truck, combing for a two-for-one custom! When Rigid Industries challenged Tim Mills of Custom Motor Concepts for a unique build to have in their booth at SEMA 2015, he knew it had to be a JK8 from the start. “We had to come up with something that would stand out amongst all of the different show vehicles that would be present at SEMA,” he describes. “My idea was to simply build a vehicle that would be more comfortable out in the elements than it was in a show setting. This vehicle was built to be used and abused.”

Ol Yeller

Greg Yount has been a truck guy from day one. With a dad who was heavy into hot rod drag racing, it was only natural for him to grow up with that same passion.
In the customization game, it’s all about making your ride stand out from the rest, choosing the right parts to make that happen or just fabricating your own. Fab Fours is well known for creating their own mods that are anything but ordinary.

The name Keg Media has clout in the custom off-road scene, rendering some of the toughest rigs around. Each year they're constantly whipping out insane builds and owner Robbie Bryant is at the helm of it all.
Angela Burgess is a country girl at heart, growing up with mud riding, off-road excursions and trucks.

Aside from football, Von Miller has a passion for giving back, which is why he started his foundation Von’s Vision.

Grant Long has loved custom lifted trucks ever since he was a kid. As an adult he’s always admired them from afar, appreciating their look and all the parts and accessories that went into creating them.

Robert Castellanos’ love of Jeeps goes back to 1995 when he first started driving. Having always loved the rugged looks of a Jeep, he persuaded his parents to help get him his first – a 1995 YJ he called Little Big Foot – complete with a lift and aftermarket tires and rims.
